St Patrick’s Festivities:

The Shamrock Bar Crawl is on Saturday March 16th from 8AM-2PM put on by 20 something Chicago at many bars around Wrigleyville. Nearly sold out general admission tickets are $40 plus fees and taxes. They include a free t-shirt, a breakfast buffet, gift cards to use on the crawl and access to drink specials from Bud Light and Goose Island 312. You Can’t Drink all Day if you don’t start in the Mornin’ bar crawl is Saturday March 16th from 9AM-2PM from BashEvents. Participating Wrigleyville barsincludes Murphy’s Bleachers, Dark Horse, Rizzo’s, Full Shilling and Trace. This event includes 4 hour food and premium drink package, beads, drinking gloves, hats, shamrocks and more!Redmond’s Tap O’ The Morning event starts at 9AM until 1PM Saturday March 16th. Tickets for this event is $25 and includes green draft beer, screwdrivers and Mimosas as well as a breakfast buffet.  Charm Madness March Happy Hour is at Country Club Friday March 8th from 7PM- 10PM. The $5 Early Bird tickets are available to the 1st 40 people then only $10 a person. Tickets include 3 drink tickets and a food buffet. Get Shamrocked at Brickhouse Tavern on St. Patrick’s Day Saturday March 16th 9AM until 12PM. The $30 presale tickets include four drink tickets and a food buffet.

Wrigleyville Concerts:

HVAC has many live band tributes throughout March so make sure you check out their Facebook page for all the events that are performed on most Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. There is a wide variety of music that starts at 8PM that include March 9th Green Day vs Foo Fighters tribute performance, March 14th The Rolling Stones vs The Beatles, and March 15th Mac Miller and Ariana Grande.Join your friends at Metro on March 8th for STRANGE 90’s – A benefit for Jerry Bryant of JBTV Featuring Naked Raygun * Andrew W.K. * Local H Plus Members of: Kill Hannah (Mat, Jonny and Greg), Stabbing Westward (Walt Flakus), Plain White T’s (Tom Higgensen), OURs (Jimmy Gnecco), Broken Hope (Jeremy Wagner), Morrisey (Matt Walker), Lizzy Plapinger and plenty more! All ticket proceeds go to Jerry’s cancer treatment fund. $25 Early Bird tickets with $150 VIP – $500 VIP tables availablefor this 18 andover show. Doors at 7PM for the show at 8PM. The Sandlot has a handful of music performances throughout March. Highlighted by a March 15th performance by Six String Crossing with doors at 9PM for the 930PM show; there is no cover for this concert. Evan Stock Band is having their Wrigleyville concert at Sandlot on Saturday March 23rd with doors 9PM with the band rocking out at 930PM. Stop by there Facebook page for a full list of performances.

Things to Do in Wrigleyville:

Bead Quest from Tbox is coming to Wrigleyville Saturday March 2nd from 12PM-8PM. General admission tickets are $16 with a $3.16 fee and taxes but group rates are available. Taste 10 free Cajun food samples, visit your choice of 16 bars and collect colorful beads to help turn Clark Street into Bourbon Street.HVAC Super Smash Brothers Tournament March 23rd from 3:30-9:30. Before March 13th entry for players are $40 so sign up today because this event is also limited to 100 gamers. Gamer tickets coves 1 drink ticket, 2 non-players and 5 raffle tickets Non-gamers come and cheer on the gamers for only $5. Grand prize is $1,000 but prizes for 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place. Raffles will be done throughout the event so if you don’t make the final round make sure you still stick around.HVAC Murder Mystery: Gin and Who Dunit Thursday March 21st 7PM-9PM. General Admission tickets are $30 with a food package for $50 and with the addition of an open bar with wells and domestics ticket prices are $70. Stretch March Madness Pop a Shot tournament starts Thursday March 16th with a chance to win $1,000. During every March Madness have a chance to shoot for 50% off your tab of $40 or more. This Michigan State bar has drink specials during the madness like $6 22oz Miller/Coors Stadium Cups, $6 Crown Apple shots and $5 Fireball shots.Redmond’s Paint Nite is“Fall in Chicago” Saturday March 2nd at 1PM. This two hour event is $35 person and get everything you need to paint the Chicago skyline.Redmond’s House Party is scheduled for Friday March 8th from 8PM-11PM for only $10!  Tuesday is Wingo Bingo at the Irish Oak at 9PM. Food and Drink Events:

Adult Afternoon Tea at The Bar at Hotel Zachary every Saturday and Sunday until the end of March from 1PM-4PM. The $55 per person includes finger sandwiches, savory toasts, croissants, housemade scones, mini desserts from West Town Bakery & Tap. A la carte beverages, including boozy tea cocktails, will also be available.Big Star Whiskey Dinner is a four course meal on March 5th for $90 per person. Dark Horse will be having their Friday Fish Fry with Goose Island draft specials during lent. $10 gets you a plate of beer-battered fish and chips with any Goose Island draft plus be entered into win a Goose Island Brewery tour.
