A Winterwonderland in Wrigley is quickly approaching with many Christmas themed bars popping up, winter events and holiday movies will get you in the festive mood. Christmas themed food items will also be available and many Wrigeyville bars and restaurants have event space or catering options for you this holiday season.

Gallagher Way has many featured events this year starting Black Friday, November 23rd. At 6PM on the video board will be showing movies in the park. Also select restaurants around Gallagher Way will show the movies. Below is the movie schedule.

– December 21: National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation

Santa’s Workshop will be setting up in Gallagher Way to tell Santa your wishes Fridays from 3 – 8 p.m. and Saturdays – Sundays from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., November 23 through December 23. Professional photos will be available for purchase.The Rink at Gallagher Way opens November 23rd where there will be open skate, including with Santa and Clark the Cub on select days. Also learn to skate or curl as well as performances by Figure Skate Chicago. Chimes will ring in through speakers as you enjoy a light show Monday-Thursday from 3-9pm and Friday-Sunday from 11AM-9PM. On December 2nd, 9th, and 16th from noon-1:30Pm for $25 enjoy crafting your own holiday wreath.

Country Club will become Christmas Club starting November 28th. There will be two floors of Christmas fun featuring 3 different bars, special appearances by Santa and other Christmas Characters.Deuces Turns into the Santa baby bar on Wednesday November 21st. This is a $10-$20 ticketed event for most days with free admission November 21 (opening day), November 26–28 and December 3–5.

The Alpine Village at Deuces will befeaturing Food Vendors including: Cafe Vienna, Real Good Catering, Crepes & more!

This is one Christmas experience you don’t want to miss as their will also be character appearances by Santa Claus, Rudolph, the head elf, Bad Santa, Santa’s Intern and more. There will be contests like human tree decorating, best gingerbread house and ugly sweater, movie Mondays, live performances and karaoke.  TBOX 2018 takes place Saturday December 8th from 10AM-PM simultaneously in 40+ venues. This is the huge bar crawl that takes over Wrigleyville with thousands of people dressed in their holiday costumes; eating cereal and enjoying refreshments.Elf’dUp will be popping up at Stretch Bar and Grill with over 200 elves, a 10 foot Christmas tree and plenty of festive décor. There will be a themed

cocktail menu available until 10pm along with an ornament decorating nights on Thursdays for $6 from 6-10PM. Opening November 21st and running Wednesday-Sundays until February 1st. On December 28th Cubby Bear is having their Coats for Folks event where donating a coat gets you free admission to see Roger This with special guests Pat Egan and the Heavy Hearts.
